Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant West Valley Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | Growing Practice
Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for cardiology? Join a thriving and well-established cardiology group in the West Valley of Phoenix. Due to continued practice growth, we're hiring a dedicated NP or PA to join our collaborative team. New graduates with a strong interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply!
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend Rotation: One weekend per month
- Setting: Office-based role working as part of a physician-APP team
- Location: West Valley, Phoenix a fast-growing and dynamic community
General Duties Include:
- Conducting patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Reviewing diagnostic test results and assisting with treatment plans
- Managing chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Coordinating care and educating patients on heart health
