Seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing academic program in the Kansas City area as an Academic Attending / Core Faculty member. This is a unique opportunity to help build a newly accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program while balancing clinical care with teaching and mentorship.\n

Position Highlights & Schedule: \n

\n
• Faculty appointment based on experience
\n
• Work alongside residents and medical students in inpatient and outpatient settings
\n
• Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing care
\n
• Inpatient schedule: 7 on / 7 off
\n
• Outpatient schedule: Monday–Friday
\n
• Shared call schedule with approximately 1 in 4 weekends for inpatient rounding
\n
• Active role in teaching lectures, didactics, and curriculum development
\n
• Provide mentorship and evaluation of residents and students
\n
• Participate in program development and evaluation
\n
• Research opportunities available with dedicated support
\n

\nRequirements:\n

\n
• MD or DO degree
\n
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
\n
• Interest in academic medicine, teaching, and mentorship
\n
• Strong clinical and communication skills
\n
• Commitment to program development and resident education
\n
