Desktop Support Technician

Job Title

Location: 101 North Campus Drive, Imperial PA Candidates should have 5-8 years' experience supporting PC Hardware and software. Strong background supporting A/V and associated technologies. Comfortability providing hands and feet support for Server and Network is required.

Responsibilities

End user support

• PC break fix
• OS level issues
• Network connection support

Support all A/V equipment at site

• 7 conference rooms
• 2 with TPs have sophisticated A/V equipment (Multiple screens, microphones, speakers, touch panels)
• All others have Cisco IP phones, Evoko room managers, and Barco Click Share
• 8 Communication Boards (LED Screens located across Campus) Powered by Client Sticks
• Smart Hands support/assist with all network gear and servers
• 1 Local server and 4 Network Printers

Project Management for any new IT infra projects

M-F, 8am-4:30 pm

Contract to Hire : conversion $20-$22/Hr
