Shift Manager – Asset ManagementThe Shift Manager – Asset Management serves as the on-shift lead for coordinating asset performance, maintenance activities, and operational continuity, particularly during nights, weekends, and off-peak hours. This role ensures equipment reliability and availability by overseeing real-time response to breakdowns, supporting maintenance teams in troubleshooting, and driving adherence to safety and technical standards. Acting as the central point of communication between operations, maintenance, and leadership, the Shift Manager analyzes downtime, failure trends, and reporting discrepancies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
