Preferred Requirements Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, manufacturing, or related disciplines. Experience demonstrating disciplined execution, data‑driven work, or process adherence in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or other high‑reliability environments.
