YOU WILL BE:
As an Ambassador for the Effy Brand, you will be instrumental in creating memorable customer experiences and reinforcing our reputation as the top luxury-value destination. You'll directly impact our business by establishing yourself as a trusted style advisor and finding innovative ways to encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits. This role is ideal for someone eager to become an expert in the off-price luxury market, stay current on product knowledge, and enhance the Saks OFF 5TH clienteling experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating merchandise that meets their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store inventory to provide expert product recommendations.
- Consistently greet customers and inform them of current promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Foster repeat business by building strong customer relationships.
