Lead The Future Of Home Theater
Lead the future of home theater: grow TCL's presence, influence, and success! Ready to make a lasting impact in the world of consumer electronics? As TCL's Market Development Manager, you'll take ownership of a thriving retail territory, developing strategies that drive sales, build brand advocacy, and inspire retail teams. Join ActionLink and help transform the way consumers experience entertainment through innovative technology, powerful partnerships, and exceptional execution.
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday — with flexibility for weekends and holidays when the action calls for it. (10am-7pm)

Your Mission
- Lead the charge in boosting sales and profitability across your territory
- Champion retail excellence through impactful training, stunning merchandising, and hands-on support
- Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
- Track performance data and tweak strategies for maximum impact
- Represent TCL at exciting industry events, trade shows, and promotions

What You'll Need
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy
