HVAC Sales Specialist

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Sales Specialist in Salt Lake City, UT to drive revenue growth by selling commercial mechanical service agreements and equipment solutions.
- Increases company market share through targeted commercial prospecting.
- Improves facility efficiency for clients by recommending modern HVAC upgrades.
- Ensures long-term profitability by securing recurring service contracts.
- Strengthens the local brand through professional relationship management. Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new commercial customers through networking and cold outreach.
- Evaluate facility HVAC equipment to identify performance gaps and needs.
- Develop customized service agreements and project proposals for business owners.
- Create accurate estimates and pricing packages based on client requirements.
- Present technical solutions clearly to facility managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
- Track all sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify future service needs. Compensation and Logistics
