Full-Time | $18.00 – $20.00/hour based on experience, eligible for monthly incentives.  

Hopewell Jct., NY | Float- Fishkill Plains Route 376 Branch and Beekman Branch. Eligible for mileage reimbursement.

We are looking for a Float Teller for our Fishkill Plains Route 376 Branch and Beekman Branch, who shares this commitment to our community and operational excellence. 

As a Float Member Relations Teller, you will champion our members' financial well-being by processing transactions accurately, guiding them toward financial fitness, and delivering an outstanding service experience. We are looking for an outgoing, motivated team player who communicates effortlessly with members, colleagues, and leadership. If you share our values, we want you on our team!

As a Full-Time Teller, you will work 40 hours/week, Mon-Sat (with a short-day Saturday and shorter hours during the week).  

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Deliver accuracy: Efficiently process daily member financial transactions.
• Advocate for members: Identify needs and recommend tailored products and services to boost their financial fitness.
• Maintain precision: Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with high attention to detail.
• Grow your career: Cross-train on advanced Member Service duties to prepare for future growth opportunities.
• Support the region: Travel flexibly to support various branch locations across Dutchess County as needed.
• Stay adaptable: Take on additional collaborative tasks and projects to support the team.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of cash handling experience
• Previous Teller experience is preferred, but not required 
• Must be comfortable with computers, have a basic knowledge of Windows, and be able to learn new software programs quickly 
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle is strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
