Sr. Technical Product Manager

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)?

• Work with business stakeholders to create benefit recommendations
• Work with the engineering team to deliver those recommendations using tools or new capabilities
• Measure impact of all recommendations and communicate on monthly quarterly basis
• Review UI performance and member experience to come up with new ways to engage members
• Enhance the usecase of recommendations throughout the enterprise

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.)? Ideally candidate will have some of the following:

• Sr product experience
• Some healthcare and some ML or recommendation engine experience
• Interest in recommendation and ML
• Some consumer product experience
• Some familiarity with engagement metrics and KPIs

What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill?) Roadmap managing, technical partnership, stakeholder management, self-management, 5+ years of experience
