Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Acute Rehab Job Type: Full-Time Day Shift 0700-1900 Location: Ottumwa, IA Position Summary The LPN works under the supervision of the department Director, Manager, and registered nurse. Responsibilities include providing nursing care for acutely ill patients, performing assigned procedures within the scope of practice set by the Iowa State Board of Nursing, and maintaining regular attendance. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Recent RN experience. Preferred Qualifications One (1) year rehabilitation nursing experience.
