Director, Data, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence - Oncology / Prostate Cancer

Role: Director of Data, Data Science, and AI in Oncology, focusing on Prostate Cancer within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.
Objectives: lead advanced data science initiatives to transform clinical trial design and execution, develop novel AI-based endpoints, and support regulatory submissions in prostate cancer.
Responsibilities: oversee development and validation of prostate cancer endpoints, deploy AI and real-world evidence strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, medical, commercial), and manage external partnerships to leverage emerging technologies.
Qualifications: PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with 8+ years in drug development, biostatistics, or outcomes research; experience with high-dimensional healthcare datasets, AI/ML tools, and clinical oncology; strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred: genitourinary oncology expertise, hematology/oncology fellowship, R&D experience, knowledge of regulatory science.
