Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in both English and Spanish, providing assistance via phone, email, or in person.
\n
• Answer questions about policies, billing, claims, and other insurance-related matters.
\n
• Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and provide recommendations based on their needs.
\n
• Handle policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
\n
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
\n
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
\n
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining client documentation.
\n
• Cross-sell accounts

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• Bilingual in Spanish and English – fluency in both languages is required.
\n
• Previous customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
\n
• Previous sales experience
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and professionally in both languages.
\n
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
\n
• Fast Learner
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
\n
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
\n
• Proficient in using computer programs and comfortable learning new systems.
\n

CA Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.

\n

(Active License or willing to obtain within the first 30 days)
