Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time | $33–$39/hr + Benefits | Lafayette, NJ Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Lafayette, NJ. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a consistent caseload and strong clinical team.

• Provide skilled therapeutic intervention and services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Follow all facility regulations and guidelines, including confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• Adhere to scheduled hours and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

• Document patient progress and provide caregiver/patient education as appropriate

• Communicate regularly with supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and clinical needs

• Ensure safe treatment practices, monitor patient response, and modify interventions as needed

• Valid PTA license (NJ required)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred

• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (or similar EMR) preferred
