Shift Manager

This position is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment matters. Job Duties / Responsibilities Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team meets company standards. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift. Support department goals and meet targets during shifts. Key Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced environments. Must be 18 years or older.
