Job Description
Title: Certified Nurse Assistant - Long-Term Care

Schedule: Full Time Day/Evening Shift Variables, Scheduled as Needed by Client (7.5-Hour Shifts) + Every Weekend

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not Specified

Requirements:
- NYS Nursing Assistant Certification Required
- BLS (AHA or RQI) Required
- One (1) Year of Previous Long-Term Care Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet residents' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) needs as outlined in the plan of care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Maintain residents' environment and safety, including answering call lights and alarms promptly and documenting as per protocol.
- Ensure residents' nutritional needs are met, including meal delivery and honoring preferences.
- Assist with rehabilitative needs such as range of motion and ambulation as outlined in the plan of care.
- Report residents' rights, refusals, and any concerns to the Charge Nurse in a timely manner, and document any changes in resident status.
