About the Position The Training Lead reports to the LTAMDS Array Technical Lead and leads a team of 4–6 cross‑functional people in the Near Field Range (NFR) production program. Key Responsibilities Develop training programs for expanding Near Field Range production team. Lead a cross‑functional team, ensuring safe operation and hardware decisions in the NFR. Conduct trade studies to determine solutions that balance quality, cost, schedule, and performance. Convey task status on complex issues and strategic plans across multiple teams, program, department, and customer leadership. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or a STEM degree plus 5 years of experience. 5+ years of engineering experience with progressing leadership roles. Phased Array Analysis and RF metrology expertise. 5+ years testing array hardware in Near and Far Field Range. 5+ years of MATLAB & Linux signal processing. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in design, testing and sell‑off of military systems. Demonstrated ability to work with complex engineering teams. Solid understanding of hardware testing methodologies. Experience in assembly, integration, and test of Phase Array and RF subsystems. Planning and leading hardware subsystem development activities. Experience managing cost and schedule with Earned Value Management methodologies. Technical writing and/or formal presentation experience. Master’s degree in STEM or MBA. Eligibility Requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
