Position details Position: QA Inspector I - Entry Level Location: Pay rate listed as $24, duration 6 months, Total hours per week: 40 Shift: 1st Shift Client: Medical Devices Company Job Category: Quality Education/Experience: Entry Level Primary work locations: 8049 Arjons Dr and 11214 El Camino Real; primary location likely Arjons Dr. Travel between sites may be required; applicant must have own transportation Job Description Responsible for visual inspection of bottled products, components & kits; verify vials have correct volume, proper label description, material number, batch number and storage temperature Review packaging batch records to ensure correct Technical Data Sheet and applicable inserts are attached Review dilution, bottling & packaging processes to ensure all finished products meet specifications prior to release; file QA retention samples in QA Retention Sample inventory Support external customers as well as internal customers: Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, Technical Product Managers and Inventory Control Duties And Responsibilities QA inspection of bottled products and kits/sets SAP data entry Review and verification of batch records and release products to Finished Goods Inventory Review and verification of raw material supplier documentation and release to inventory Assist in pulling and maintaining QA retains Perform temperature monitoring of QA freezers Line clearance for production Perform other related duties as required Minimum Qualifications Knowledge and Skills Detail-oriented; able to work independently with minimal supervision; fast learner; strong communication Microsoft Word, Excel, email; SAP knowledge preferred Organizational skills; able to follow verbal and written instructions Must be able to lift 35 pounds Ability to work in different temperature environments (room temperature, 4C, -20C, -80C) Local travel may be required for inspection at San Diego facilities Education And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; AS degree or college science courses helpful General office/data entry experience; zero to three years QA inspection experience Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract on W2 Note: This description retains content from the original job posting and focuses on responsibilities, qualifications, and key details relevant to the QA Inspector I role. #J-18808-Ljbffr MillenniumSoft Inc
