Travel Registered Nurse - Regional (WV, VA)

The Registered Nurse – Regional Traveler at Mary Free Bed are integral members of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centered rehabilitation care. RNs coordinate, direct, delegate, and provide care to multiple patients, fostering relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to enhance care quality. Compassionate, courteous care is delivered in accordance with departmental policies and service standards. Education is a cornerstone of rehabilitation nursing, empowering patients and families to achieve independence and adapt successfully for discharge to home.**Essential Job Responsibilities** Develops skills to support strategic program growth (e.g., Baclofen and Botox services).nsuring a welcoming experience for all we serve, regardless of origin, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or socioeconomic status.**Customer Service Responsibilities** **Responsibilities in Quality Improvement** Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.**Essential Job Qualifications** Willingness and ability to obtain additional state licenses based on assignment needs.**Education:** **Travel Requirements:** Ability to travel up to 350 miles for assignments.Travel, lodging, and per diem compensation provided. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting. **Skills:** Strong critical thinking, decision-making, delegation, and leadership skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
