Senior Client Advisor - Energy & Power

Overview Marsh is seeking a Sr. Client Advisor within their Energy & Power Practice. This role will be based in New York City and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Sr. Casualty Broker- Energy & Power Practice. Responsibilities Becoming a member of Marsh's best in class Power & Energy team who delivers expert broking & strategy solutions to help manage risk with confidence. In this Sr. Casualty Broker role, you will develop an understanding of the clientscts business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to help provide knowledge and advice to complex clients. Helps identify the need for new products and develops innovative solutions for clients. Completes policy management activities and delivery of reviewed policy to client and helps address client inquiries as necessary. Delivers technical expertise in the delivery and presentation of RFPs. Qualifications 10+ years industry experience; Casualty brokering experience and Energy & Power experience necessary P&C license a must, or ability to obtain Bachelors' degree preferred Preferred qualifications Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with internal colleagues, clients and carriers. Self-starter, resourcefulness with the ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm. Being able to be part of a collaborative team and feel that you can make an immediate impact. Compensation & Benefits The applicable base salary range for this role is $154,200 to $328,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
