Saw Operator - Night Shift

Description Massman Companies is on the hunt for a Saw Operator with serious cutting-edge skills to join our team at our Villard, MN location! This position will be working on the Night Shift. Monday - Wednesday 4pm - 4am Thursday 4pm - 8pm If you're ready to be part of a great team and grow your career, apply today! Requirements Key Responsibilities:
- Operate saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements
- Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts while minimizing waste
- Maintain and troubleshoot saw equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Previous experience operating saws in a manufacturing or fabrication setting preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Ability to read a tape measure within a 1/32
- Ability to differentiate materials, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
- Ability to use a belt sander to debur
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to workplace safety
