Job Description

Hours: Full Time, Flexible to either 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Requirements:

Prior office or reception experience required
Invoicing experience a plus
Outlook knowledge needed, any ERP software knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls
Greet visitors and walk in traffic
Data entry
Match accounts payable and receivable invoices
Speak with vendors and store locations as needed to attain additional information needed on invoices
Assist with other projects as needed
