You've spent 2–5 years in freight sales. You know how to prospect, build relationships, and close. Now you want a platform that actually lets you grow.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• Build long-term customer relationships with a dedicated service model
• Collaborate with our carrier team and 24/7 ops to deliver every time
• Grow your own book of business with full company infrastructure behind you
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–5 years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
• Proven track record of prospecting, closing, and growing accounts
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tampa Bay, FL
