About the Job As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors and individuals who need assistance. You’ll create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while offering companionship and emotional support. Each shift is one-on-one, giving you the chance to truly make a difference. Schedule & Shifts Full-time and part-time opportunities Weekdays, evenings, weekends, and overnights Day shifts range from 4–12 hours Overnight shifts range from 9–12 hours Shifts are available across the Greater Lansing Area, mainly in Delta Township, Grand Ledge, East Lansing, Okemos, Haslett, DeWitt — no long-distance travel required. What You’ll Do As a Comfort Keeper, you’ll do more than assist with daily tasks — you’ll bring joy, companionship, and peace of mind to seniors and their families. Your responsibilities will include: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and medication reminders Companionship and engaging conversation Encourage social engagement and meaningful activities Personal care support: mobility, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming if needed (training provided) Provide safe transportation and running errands if needed Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients Document care notes and report changes in the client’s condition.
