Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Float Pool)

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to an adult through geriatric population across MS, MS/Tele, and PCU units
• Float as required to all MS, MS/Tele, and PCU units within the hospital
• Manage patient ratios of 1:4–5 on PCU and 1:5–6 on MS/MS Tele units
• Utilize Epic (required) , Pyxis, and SBAR communication framework in daily clinical practice
• Work every other weekend (approximately 6 weekends over a 13-week contract) and fulfill holiday obligations per facility policy

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Georgia or a Compact state required at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Proficiency in Epic EMR required
• Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to float across designated units
• All RTO must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or during orientation week
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MS, MS/Tele, and PCU patient populations and diagnoses
• Familiarity with Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Experience in a float pool or multi-unit environment
