Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team at our New Berlin location. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership position within the dynamic fast casual restaurant industry.

As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team committed to excellence. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing high-quality food and outstanding service, while also supporting the General Manager in strategic initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 - $63,000 annually, along with a supportive workplace culture that encourages growth and development in your career within the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
Support the General Manager in team training and development
Implement customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction
Assist with inventory management and cost control measures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Analyze financial performance and contribute to budget management
Lead team meetings to foster communication and collaboration
Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Previous experience in restaurant management or leadership role
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Passion for customer service and team leadership
