Strategic CSM - Growth & Retention

Cleo

Cleo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work remotely across the US. In this role, you will manage over 30 customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates while identifying upsell opportunities. Your responsibilities will include conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborating closely with various internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
