Salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing in Butler and Bethel Park, PA , and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service & Install Manager to help lead the next chapter of our journey.

What You'll Do

As our HVAC Service & Install Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our residential service and installation departments while helping establish the foundation for future growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach, and support our residential HVAC Service and Installation teams.
• Develop technicians through ride-alongs, training, and ongoing performance coaching.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor department KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize scheduling and productivity.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
• Address customer concerns professionally and help resolve issues when needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Help grow the business while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC service and installation operations.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop technicians.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering quality service.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
