We pride ourselves on cultivating an atmosphere where our associates feel valued, connected, and empowered to make a difference in the lives of patients and the wider community.Work EnvironmentIn our outpatient office setting, the work schedule typically runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. The office is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology and therapeutic equipment designed to facilitate a comprehensive range of treatments and exercises. Our clinic fosters collaboration among practitioners, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and strictly adhere to state practice acts and regulations governing the practice of physical therapy and professional supervision.Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans for patients with various functional limitations and disabilities, ensuring personalized care that is responsive to patient needs.Provide comprehensive evaluation services, including reviewing pertinent medical histories, conducting specific assessments, and documenting findings and recommendations accurately.Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, adapting interventions to each patient's unique presentation and progress, ensuring a responsive and evolving treatment approach.Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, providing updates and necessary adjustments to the plan of care based on recognized patient changes, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring each patient receives timely documentation and communication that clearly outlines their treatment journey and outcomes.Engage actively in training programs and maintain compliance with relevant healthcare regulations to uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.Evaluate and direct treatment for patients requiring physical therapy, clearly documenting clinical needs and justifications for therapeutic interventions.Participate in team meetings and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving access and quality of care within our practices.Patient Population / Client FocusThis position involves working with a diverse patient population who seek rehabilitation due to orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain conditions. The role requires the ability to evaluate and treat a range of musculoskeletal issues, utilizing various therapeutic modalities. By fostering strong therapeutic relationships, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through their healing process and promoting an overall sense of wellness.QualificationsA Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.A minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience is required, demonstrating an understanding of best practices in rehabilitation.Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and preparedness in emergency situations.Preferred ExperienceWhile a minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience is required, candidates with additional specialties or certifications in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric physical therapy would be highly valued. Experience working collaboratively in team-based environments will also be an advantage.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
