Physical Therapist - PT

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications & Certifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred. Education & Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; 0-1 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective management. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Perform other duties as assigned.
