We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Wiring Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for an industrial electrical professional who enjoys hands-on wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and building high-quality control panels for automation and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Wire, test, and troubleshoot UL 508A industrial control panels and automation systems using electrical schematics.
- Route, label, and terminate wiring for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor starters, and power distribution equipment.
- Perform continuity checks, pre-power inspections, and support Factory Acceptance Testing.
- Diagnose wiring errors, identify electrical faults, and maintain accurate redline documentation for Engineering.
- Follow OSHA requirements, electrical safety procedures, and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
- Use hand tools, test equipment, and shop documentation to complete high-quality panel wiring work.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Full-time, non-exempt position.
- Location: Hayward, CA.
- Hourly rate: $28 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
- Salary range provided: $55,000 to $58,000 per year.
- Listed salary: $58,240 per year.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM.
