Inside Sales RepresentativeThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound calls and follow-up to ensure targeted profitable growth in support of the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. Contact the appropriate sales representative to flip the opportunity if unable to close on permanent businessComplete all required paperwork and other miscellaneous reportsDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customersUtilize prospecting and retention customer database while scheduling and documenting all activities.Managing existing customer databaseDaily phone blocking to achieve required activity standardsResponsible for achieving and/or exceeding monthly growth quotaPerforms other job-related duties as assignedQualifications: RequiredHigh School diploma or GED.One (1) or more years of sales and/or customer service experienceMicrosoft Office experienceKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to generate and manage leads, opportunities and contract negotiationsEffective influential, selling, and closing skillsAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersStrong work ethic, demonstrating integrity, trust, and maintain confidentialityAbility to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributorExcellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read, write, and comprehend reports and associated documentsAbility to understand and follow oral and written instructionsAbility to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlinesBusiness acumen and ability to work effectively across various teams and levelsFlexibility to accept and adapt to change as well as the commitment to seek continuous improvementDemonstrate continuous effort to improve operation, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer serviceAbility to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objectsAbility to coordinate two or more limbs (for example: two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting or standingAbility to make simple and repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wristsKnowledge of proper lifting techniquesAbility to follow all company safety policies and procedures#GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
