Job Summary:
The location is in Bakersfield, California. The Cath Lab Educator is accountable for providing educational expertise for Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory services. This role functions as a mentor and resource to both nursing and radiologic technologist staff, overseeing orientation, training, and development to ensure quality patient care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL)
• Schedule: M-F, 8-hour days, with weekends off. Shift hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifies in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA). A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in critical care or procedural areas is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid license and have experience working with Cerner electronic medical record systems.
• Additional Information: The assignment begins on 07/06/2026. The facility requires candidates to have educational experience in critical care or procedural settings, with a focus on mentorship and staff training. No call is required for this position, and the candidate may be required to float to other departments as needed.
