Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years as an administrative assistant or related position• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)• Ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word Responsibilities: • Contact customers to request trade references as needed• Work trade reference by making contact with our customer vendors• Assist with verifying projects over 20K• Perform other job duties and/or special projects as assigned
