Pay: Up to $20/hour based on experience

The Role

As an Install Associate , you'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced installers to build and install custom home organization systems. This is an opportunity to develop your skills and advance into a full Installer role.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble and install custom home organization systems
• Read and interpret design drawings
• Use basic hand tools and hardware
• Safely handle and transport materials
• Perform surface detailing and quality checks
• Provide professional customer service
• Work at least two weekends per month
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic hand-tool and hardware experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry products
