As we continue to grow in the Arkansas market, we are actively building a strong talent pipeline for multiple distribution roles.Positions We're Hiring ForCDL DriversNon-CDL Delivery DriversYard / Warehouse AssociatesStriker/StockerOperations AssociatePlacement will be based on experience, certifications, and business need.What You'll Do (Varies by Role)Depending on your background and assignment, responsibilities may include:Assist inventory control in counting and organizing warehouse materials.Operate forklift with foot and hand controls.Safely and efficiently operates a truck-mounted forklift to load, unload, and transport materials at job sites.Loading, unloading, and organizing lumber and building materialsResponsible for deliveries to both active construction sites and completed build locations, city-based deliveries and inter-state travel may be required.Performs thorough pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with federal regulations.Provides exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor, addressing client needs, representing the company positively during all interactions, and relaying messages received from customers while on job sites.What We're Looking ForFor driving roles:Valid Driver's License requiredSome positions may require a Class A or B CDL and clean driving recordBasic CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers for some rolesPrior experience in delivery, warehouse is a plus—but not required for all rolesAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentDependable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to learn and take directionWhy Join US LBMCompetitive pay based on role and experienceStable, full-time opportunities with a national industry leaderCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesBenefits package that may include:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTeam-oriented culture focused on safety, respect, and growthWork LocationOpportunities are available throughout Arkansas.
