About Victory Christian Church Victory Christian Church is a growing, outward‑facing church located in a college town just south of Indianapolis. With a weekly reach of over 1,500 people, our mission is simple and bold: Connecting people back to God. We pursue that mission by engaging the unbeliever, equipping the believer, and preparing every generation to follow Jesus fully. We are currently in a season of renovation, revival and growth—and we believe kids ministry is a front‑line ministry. Position Overview The Kid’s Minister will provide visionary, pastoral, and organizational leadership for Victory Kids (Nursery–4th Grade). This leader will create safe, joyful, gospel‑centered environments where kids encounter Jesus in age‑appropriate, engaging ways—and where parents feel confident, supported, and equipped to disciple their children at home. This role requires someone who loves kids, believes in the power of early faith formation, thrives in team leadership, and understands that Sunday isn’t the finish line, but the launch point. Responsibilities Provide visionary, pastoral, and organizational leadership for Victory Kids (Nursery–4th Grade). Create safe, joyful, gospel‑centered environments where kids encounter Jesus in age‑appropriate, engaging ways. Partner with parents to equip and support them in discipling their children at home. Collab with the broader church leadership to integrate kids ministry with overall church vision. Qualifications Love and commitment for children. Belief in the power of early faith formation.
