Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, including weekends from Friday 12:00 p.m. to Monday 7:00 a.m.; weekday shifts are variable

Hours/week: Variable

Employment Type: Contractor

License/Certifications: Wisconsin Medical License, Board Certified in Urology

Experience: Completion of Urology residency; fellowship if permitted by residency program guidelines

Shift Length: 24-hour coverage

What You'll Do

• Provide 24-hour call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center hospital
• Manage adult patients requiring general urology surgeries and procedures
• Perform general urological surgeries, including stent placements, ureteroscopy, and stone removals
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure effective patient care
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
• Support the urology department during assigned shifts, including weekends and variable weekdays

What You Need

• Valid Wisconsin medical license or willingness to obtain
• Board certification in Urology; fellows may be considered if permitted
• Proven experience with general urology surgical procedures
• Comfortable performing stents, ureteroscopy, and stone treatments
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight shifts
