Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking an experienced, board certified Neonatal Hospitalist to provide per diem coverage at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. A Balanced, Fulfilling Workday

• Flexible scheduling designed to support long-term work-life balance
• 8-hour daytime shifts—no deliveries, no overnight call
• Daily responsibilities include newborn nursery rounding, supervising family medicine residents, and performing circumcisions

A Robust, High-Acuity Practice

• 25-bed Level III NICU (ADC: 17)
• 36-bed Newborn Nursery (ADC: 14)
• ~ 3,500 annual deliveries
• Care for all gestational ages (excluding surgical cases)
• Advanced services include body cooling, oscillators, and a dedicated RN/RT-staffed regional transport team

Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Team

• Work alongside experienced Neonatologists, NNPs, OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, and telehealth subspecialists

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Pediatrics Required with recent Neonatal experience
• Active FL license or active IMLC letter of qualification required
