1. Automotive Expertise Application: Utilize your knowledge of the automotive industry to enhance client account performance through varying reporting, digital and traditional advertising, SEO, and website optimization. Maintain essential certifications and stay updated with the latest in Google Analytics and digital advertising trends.
2. Strategic Leadership: Oversee multiple client accounts; develop and execute performance strategies specific to the automotive industry that meet client goals and company standards. Move fluidly between strategist, communicator, and task-executor functions depending on what each account needs.
3. Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to craft and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with automotive retail trends. Regularly conduct data analysis and performance audits to guide strategic adjustments.
4. Client Relations and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealership personnel, including Dealers, General Managers, and Sales Managers, through consistent client engagements and effective communication, ensuring client needs and expectations are met and often exceeded. ==[ADDED: This includes regular on-camera virtual meetings and calls with clients, as well as periodic in-person travel for account visits and reviews.]==
5. Team Support and Management: Guide and support account coordinators/managers on your team, helping direct follow-up items and cross-department coordination, and stepping in to help resolve roadblocks with other internal teams as they arise.
6. Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned, consistent with the evolving needs of clients, the team, and the company.

• Automotive Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the automotive retail sector is required. Candidates must have experience interacting with dealership professionals, including Dealers, General Managers, and Sales Managers.
• Professional Attitude: Passionate about client success with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM reporting, with a focus on automotive advertising.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience managing complex marketing campaigns and optimizing client accounts in the automotive space, with the ability to carry a multi-account portfolio sized to workload rather than a fixed account count.
• Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Communication and Relationships: Strong communication skills with a proven track record in building and sustaining client relationships.
• Availability for Virtual and In-Person Client Engagement: Must be comfortable and reliably available for on-camera virtual meetings and calls with clients, and must be willing to travel periodically for in-person client visits as needed.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt quickly to meet client needs and market demands.
• Growth Mindset: Openness to taking on new tools, processes, or areas of ownership as the role and team develop, with a clear path toward greater account ownership and leadership over time.
