Clinical Responsibilities

• Routine vaginal deliveries

You Must Have

• Board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Michigan license at the time of submission candidates who still need to obtain licensure will not be considered
• Willingness to cover all three locations: Gaylord, Cadillac, and Charlevoix
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, EFM, NRP, and DEA required at offer
• Clean malpractice history, no exceptions
• Broad-scope OB/GYN experience with comfort practicing independently in a rural setting

Practice Environment

• 100% inpatient, hospital-based rural practice
• Low daily census of 2 5 patients depending on acuity
• Level I and Level II trauma facilities within the system
• Oracle EMR
• No fellowship or teaching requirement

Credentialing

• Estimated timeframe: 90 days
• Temporary privileges are available

Travel & Logistics

• Lodging reimbursed
• Rental car reimbursed
• Mileage at the IRS rate
• Michigan residents preferred
