Associate Territory Manager - Northern Central Region

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager to provide field support for acute urology products across nine Midwestern and Great Plains states. This developmental role combines customer education, product demonstrations, and sales support to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional manager in driving sales revenue through product demonstrations and in-servicing
• Build and maintain sustainable business relationships within assigned accounts
• Coordinate customer evaluations including logistics, timing, and execution strategy
• Develop clinical knowledge in relevant disease states and territory management skills
• Complete administrative duties including call reports, expense reports, and compliance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0 to 2 years of general sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel 80% including overnight stays
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with sound judgment and adaptability
• Vendor credentialing maintenance in clinical field
