Territory Manager -Market Manager, Houston

Job Summary:The Territory Manager will be responsible for overall sales of respective XPEL products (automotive, architectural, marine, etc) in their assigned territory. They may focus on dealership or independent opportunities or a combination of the two depending on the market. The automotive market encompasses the automobile aftermarket, including window tint installers, body shops, franchises, and independent professional installers as well as new car dealerships.Core DutiesDrive sales within the assigned territory, demonstrating a dedicated focus on meeting or exceeding growth objectives.This role is an active selling role that requires it to be "in the field" 100% of the time with current and potential customers.Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Monitor and analyze customer product usage, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize revenue.Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required.- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels, including email, phone, -o online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies.Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding and integration.Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations.Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives.Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks.Job RequirementsAssociate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track recordProactive, highly motivated and organizedExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skillsTravel 100%Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.Must live in assigned territory.Make appropriate judgments, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
