Description
Heavenly Sonshine Service Co is a home care provider that is committed to providing an environment of wellness, healing, and independence for its clients since 2002.
We're looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us attract, screen, and hire qualified caregivers.
If you enjoy connecting with people and building strong teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
