You’ll be protecting critical industrial equipment, supporting production flow, and ensuring pumps and parts are finished to exact standards before they’re shipped into real‐world applications.This is a role for someone who enjoys **variety, responsibility, and visible results** at the end of every shift.** Why This Role Is Different*** Your work directly impacts **product durability, quality, and customer satisfaction*** You’ll handle everything from prep to paint to packaging — no boring repetition* You’ll work with **industrial pumps, parts, blast booths, and material‐handling equipment*** You’ll be part of a global organization solving **critical water challenges*** You’ll receive **4 weeks of PTO** and full benefits starting day one** What You’ll Be Doing*** Receiving and stocking inventory for pumps and parts* Prepping surfaces and painting pumps and components* Operating blast booth equipment and working with various coatings and media* Packaging and preparing orders for shipment* Pulling parts and pump orders as needed to support production flow* Following all company safety procedures and best practices** What We’re Looking For*** High school diploma or equivalent* **3+ years of experience** as a painter in a manufacturing or industrial environment* Experience with **wet paint** applications* Knowledge of different paint types and blast media (preferred)* Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial components* Basic computer skills and ability to multitask* Strong written and verbal communication skills**Preferred:*** Forklift or overhead crane experience* Background working in shop or production environments** The Kind of Painter Who Thrives Here**You care about prep just as much as finish.
