Triage Nurse RN - Primary Care (Full-Time)

Job Overview Hourly Pay Range: $33.96 - $52.64. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Job Title: Registered Nurse – Primary Care PEDS. Full Time (40 hours per week) Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. Required travel to other sites based upon department. Responsibilities Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians. Perform phone triage, review test results, medication refills, and prior authorizations. Convey plans of care and provide patient education/teaching. Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record. Qualifications Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required. Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing required. BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required. 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.
