Your day-to-day will bring opportunities to:Build out assigned projects ahead of schedule to keep things running smoothlyMaintain assigned project templates so that they are always up to date and ready to goContinuously refine and adapt workflows to meet the changing priorities of the marketing teamAnticipate the evolving needs of a creative team by using critical thinking to identify missing information, ask thoughtful questions, and ensure projects are set up for successSupport the Marketing Director by monitoring assigned projects, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, and communicating when project timelines or deadlines are at riskHelp coordinate and fulfill Marketing Support requestsAssist team members with Asana troubleshooting and project organizationHandle order placements and process invoices and receipts for payment to the finance teamProvide administrative support to the marketing team, i.e.: collateral inventory, data entry, reporting, travel arrangements and meeting schedulingKeep digital spaces (Asana, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) organized and efficientEnjoy working as part of a collaborative Project Management team where you'll share ideas, solve challenges, support one another, and deliver exceptional resultsBe ready to jump in to help with any extra tasks as neededWhy You’ll Love ItOur culture pushes the bounds of creativity to build awareness, reach those who need our services, and raise support to provide our highly skilled dogs to recipients.
