Position Overview Business Development Representative – PuroClean, West Elgin, IL. Drive growth by promoting PuroClean’s restoration services, building relationships, and securing new business. Compensation Base Salary: $40,000 per year, plus commission and incentive programs. Responsibilities Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities. Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from broker networks and direct generators. Achieve revenue targets through consultative selling and follow‑up. Maintain a top‑25 client list and conduct educational sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate service scoping, estimates. Represent PuroClean at community events and professional associations. Ensure clear communication to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Uphold safety and brand standards. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Results‑driven with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Confidence in hosting educational sessions and networking events. Professionalism and integrity in a sales‑oriented environment. Proactive and organized approach to achieving sales goals.
