As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Compliance in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and document security-related activity. Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vehicle activity, and directing authorized personnel and drivers according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
