Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

1) Maintain daily operations of Treasurer's Office, which includes answering the phone, processing mail/email, opening and closing the office, and provide office coverage throughout the day.

2) Direct constituents to appropriate agency when requesting service.

3) Perform fiscal tasks such as processing juror and witness checks, as well as, provide support with maintaining detailed office records for payments/reimbursements.

4) Support documentation required for state related functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

•Creative, self-starter with the ability to think critically, communicate effectively (verbal and written), confront challenging obstacles, define practical solutions, and implement successful strategies.

•A strong analytical acumen, and a foundational knowledge of financial literacy best practices and principles.
